School Days

Michael was really excited about his first day of first grade. It is such a big jump going from half to a full day of school. He is so smart and is in the gifte and talented program. Congratulations and good luck Michael!

First Again!

Kendyll changed schools recently so we went throught the first day of school for the second time with her this year! I am surviving and she is doing even better than that. She was so excited to call her dad, grandparents, and uncle and tell them about her first day again. If you ask her how she likes her new school and teacher, you will likely get a response like picture #4!

Purple and Blue

When I took pictures of Kendyll on the first day of school I found this really cool purple building. I loved how the pictures turned out and so I had to go take some more with the rest of my family. Chris and my room is an aqua blue and I thought that these pictures would be gorgeous in our room.

Party at Joan & Larry's!

My Aunt Joan is the glue that holds our family together. She makes sure that important things are communicated, that everyone is getting the help that they need, and she throws the best parties to make sure that we all stay in contact. My cousin had a cute baby girl almost a year ago and it has been Aunt Joan's mission to make sure that we get to see her new grandbaby. Well, last Wednesday it finally happened. It was so great to finally see cute little Madilyn Sage. She is so chubby and cute and can do the most interesting things with her little tongue. Thank you Aunt Joan!

First

Today my first child, who is also my first daughter had her first day of first grade. I found myself packing her lunch for the first time to take to school last night. She had her first day of all day school, and for the first time, it really hit me . . . my baby is growing up.
